From annealing to packing we offer machinery for whole ammunition assembly process.
Annealing. Casings are heated to a precise temperature to enhance flexibility and durability. This process ensures the casings can withstand the stresses of assembly.
Primer Insertion. Our machines insert primers with precision alignment, ensuring reliable ignition for every round. Sensors verify proper placement to eliminate defects.
Varnishing. A uniform coat of varnish is applied around primers and casings, protecting the ammunition from moisture and corrosion. This step enhances durability for long-term storage.
Loading. Casings are filled with bullet an exact amount of propellant to ensure consistent ballistic performance. Automated sealing follows to secure the round.
Tip Painting. Bullet tips are painted with color codes for easy identification of ammunition type.
Visual Control. On the line operator visually detects cartridge damage. Optional we offer camera and automatic ejection.
Linking. The line connects the metal links with cartridges, forming a cartridge chain.
Packing. Rounds are sorted, boxed, and sealed for secure transport and storage. Customizable packing configurations meet client specifications.
